  • Prepare reports on overall community sentiment and notable trends and provide constructive feedback
  • Create content for articles, social posts, videos, and FAQs to help enhance the community gameplay experience
  • Analyse the activities of the gaming community across all social media platforms

Requirements:

  • Excellent command of Vietnamese both verbal and written to interact with Vietnamese gamers
  • At least 2 years of experience in relevant fields in community or social media
  • Proficient in the usage of social media platforms, new media, and community tools
  • Strong passion for online gaming, online communities, and social networking
  • Deep understanding of how to measure and increase engagement in all forums, including but not limited to social channels, blogs, FAQs, live streams, and more
  • Familiar with online tools to track and report community and social media metrics
  • Exceptional problem solver who enjoys working in a fastpaced environment

Preferred Qualifications- Experience in the gaming industry
