  • Manage day to day operations of the Training Centre assigned to you is wellmanaged and daily operations are carried out without any lapses;
  • Ensure overall customer service of the reception counter is maintained at a satisfactory level, where visitors visit and leave the space delighted
  • Manage staff under your supervision complete their daily operation duties to facilitate class administration processes
  • Ensure all transfer and withdrawal processes are completed accurately and timely as per required by the Company and/or Program Partners
  • Ensure that all documents submitted meet the standard for invoicing
  • Report in a timely fashion, any disruptions, challenges, and noncompliant behaviours that are affecting daily operations at the Training Centre.
