Job Opening:

Are you truly dedicated to ensuring seamless product launches and overseeing changes in a product's journey? We are looking for a meticulous Life Cycle Management Coordinator to be part of our team. In this position, you will work closely with various departments, oversee regulatory adherence, and facilitate successful product transitions.

Duties:

  • Coordinate Implementation: Collaborate with Quality Regulatory, M&ST, Purchasing, and Packaging Engineers for timely execution of product launch requests (PLR), existing product change requests (EPCRs), and artwork modifications. Ensure alignment with customer delivery schedules.
  • Develop Cut-Over-Plan (COP): Work with the Global Life Cycle Management team to create COP for new product introductions and artwork changes. Plan and communicate COP with involved parties.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential life cycle risks and develop backup strategies. Reduce write-offs linked to new artwork or COPs through collaboration with Procurement and Planner.
  • Regulatory Alignment: Monitor regulatory strategies to verify synchronization with COP of new launches. Evaluate volume impact in case of delays.
  • Change Control: Supervise the design and implementation of Change Control procedures for new product launches and other life cycle modifications. Provide monthly performance reports.
  • SOP Compliance: Manage and keep up-to-date applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) promptly to ensure worldwide compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Supply Chain, Engineering).
  • Strong organizational abilities and keen attention to detail.
  • Outstanding communication and teamwork skills.
  • Previous experience in life cycle management or similar positions is a plus.
