Clinic Front Desk Administrator

Job Descriptions:
- Answering of phone calls promptly while at the front desk;
- Be the first person to provide quality services to walk in visitors;
- Provide support to doctor and nurses in preparing patients for their consultation at the clinic;
- Assist in ordering and tracing of investigatory tests to ensure smooth patients' experience;
- Ensure accurate and timely update of document in clinic systems and the management of document at the front desk;
- Assist in the processing of bills correctly and accurately;
- Follow up on every patient's full cycle at clinic which end with fixing of next appointment, if any;
- Prepare for next day's operation.
Requirements:
- Diploma or ITE qualification in any area;
- Experience working in service industry is preferred;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills;
- Meticulous and able to multi-task while on the job;
- Good computer literacy in MS Office and fast in picking up clinic and PABX systems.
Highlights:
- Clinic-based, office hours (8.30 am to 5.30 pm on weekdays; 8.30 am to 1 pm on Saturdays)
3. 21 days of Annual Leave;
- Lunch provided on weekdays.
