Job description:
About the job:
- Partner with internal stakeholders as a trusted advisor to create strategic contracting strategies to best meet evolving business needs.
- Ensure benefits realization through contracting best practices, risk mitigation, and payment optimization.
- Develop collaborative supplier relationships to deliver sustainable value through cost savings, performance management, and contract compliance.
- Work with internal business partners to draft, redline, negotiate, and execute various types of contracts for the purchase of materials and services; provide highly complex/critical interpretation, review, and management of agreements.
- Assist in negotiating contract terms and conditions ensuring that they are as favorable to client's business interests as possible, minimize risk and are in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures.
- Liaise with various internal stakeholders, e.g., Legal, Finance, Risk departments.
- Assist in the highly complex/critical resolution of contract performance issues with suppliers and affected internal customers; facilitate timely resolution to minimize impact of disruptions.
- Drive consistency in contracting; identify opportunities to standardize or improve templates and processes.
- Utilize Contract Management technology to manage the endtoend contract lifecycle.
- Own the procurement process and support various procurement functions.
- Responsible for sourcing related task including:
- Create bidder list of vendors
- Perform financial and compliance checks of vendors
- Crosscheck if there is any frame contract agreement(s) already in place
- Send out the ITT within Ariba (SAP) and collect the offers
- Contact legal and obtain approval in cáe thể ảe deviations to the already reviewed contract(s)
- Ensure client uses global procurement tools as per PMF requirements (tendering template, RFQ form, decision matrix, prequalification form, progress status reports, payment plan)
About you:
- Bachelor's degree in supply management, business administration, or other related field; equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.
- 6+ years of experience in Procurement, Contract Management, or a related field.
- Strong working knowledge of contracting concepts and commercial law.
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills and demonstrated conflict resolution skills.
- Strong ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risk.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in presenting complex topics in an effective and concise manner to broadbased audiences including various levels of management.
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively, both as a team member and independently.
- Excellent customer service, problem solving, and decisionmaking skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines; demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and assignments simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to influence without positional authority.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
