We are currently seeking Retail Assistants for our boutiques who will be trained to become Scent Designers.

If you are service-oriented, passionate and love perfumes, we'd love to meet with you The basic duties of a retail assistant/scent designer in our boutiques are:

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain logistics solution provider relationships for endtoend logistics (including supply, third party bookings, distributors, ecommerce)
  • Preparation, labelling and packing SOPS for all markets
  • Recruiting parttime and fulltime staff and submitted hours for staff
  • Optimizing process and resources with IT and external suppliers
  • Set and meet commitment timelines for orders fulfilment.
  • Coordinate inbound inventory and stocks required for ecommerce
  • Coordinate and troubleshoot with logistic providers and customer support teams to solve online orders disputes.
  • Implement quality control checks for outbound and inbound (including quality control)
  • Provide Finance Department with overall transport spends
  • Able to process Dangerous Goods Cat 1,2,3 & 6

Basic Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience a similar capacity within an FMCG or logistics environment.
  • Independent worker
  • Attention to details and meticulous.
  • Flexibility to help out in other areas whenever needed.
  • Enthusiastic, positive, eager to learn with a strong team spirit mindset
  • Certificate in DG (Dangerous Goods) would be preferred.
