We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Operations to join our team, to build the best product ecosystem driven by AI and data.


Responsibilities:

You will play a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency and executing the product roadmap.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, leverage data analytics, and implement industry best practices to enhance our internal product development processes.


1.

Operational Efficiency:

  • Identify and implement operational processes to enhance efficiency in product development and delivery.
  • Continuously assess and optimize workflows to streamline internal processes and increase productivity.

Metrics and Analysis:

  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of product operations.
  • Conduct data analysis to provide actionable insights for decisionmaking and process improvement.

Prioritization and Resource Allocation:

  • Collaborate with product managers to prioritize feature enhancements and allocate resources effectively.
  • Ensure alignment with business objectives and optimize resource utilization.

4.

User Experience Enhancement:

  • Collaborate with product managers to enhance the overall user experience of internal products.
  • Solicit and analyze user feedback, working with teams to implement continuous improvements.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in product operations or product management within the technology industry.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and analytical skills. Data sensitive & goaldriven
Preferred Qualifications

  • Indepth knowledge of product management processes and methodologies.
  • Experience in IT related tools/products and knowledge of IT operations is a plus.
  • Experience in product monetization and Go To Market is a plus
  • Deep understanding of the IT solutions ecosystem in APAC region
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
