Adecco is collaborating with one of the top system suppliers of air-conditioning technology worldwide. They seek a Field Engineer experienced in dealing with M&E in Data Centre settings. If you are a Field Engineer aiming to progress in your career, feel free to apply for this opportunity.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform service, maintenance, commissioning, troubleshooting, installation, warranty repair, and other specialized services.
  • Complete service work meeting high standards and adhering to company policies and industry best practices.
  • Ensure service tasks are carried out safely and efficiently, aiming to minimize callbacks and warranty costs.
  • Submit detailed service reports for each order, or weekly for longer assignments.
  • Identify and propose additional services, parts, and products to clients, offering insights on potential opportunities to the service office.
  • Oversee subcontractors and uphold top safety standards at job sites.

Requirements:

  • NTC/Diploma in Building Services, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in the M&E industry, particularly in Data Centers or critical infrastructures.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting at client locations.
  • Service-oriented with solid analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills for interactions at all levels.
