The business seeks a Manager to assist a team of Client Service Executives in the Global South Asia (GSA) market. This role involves collaborating closely with the Global South Asia (GSA) Market Head and reporting to the local Business Manager.

Your main responsibilities
- Supporting the team of Client Service Executives and Global South Asia (GSA) Market Head in managing daily business challenges and escalations within the team and sub-market
- Understanding all desk administration tasks of the Client Service Executive position and coordinating business approvals for the Global South Asia (GSA) team
- Acting as emergency Client Service Executive coverage when necessary
- Participating in and supporting process enhancement projects, collaborating closely with stakeholders on implementing initiatives to improve front office operations compliantly
- Overseeing operational incidents and control enhancement, defining and implementing controls and risk mitigation actions
- Preparing materials/presentations for crucial business review meetings and other regular/ad-hoc senior management meetings
- Recognizing issues and escalating them to Management promptly
- Developing a solid understanding of the governing regulatory framework, encompassing confidentiality/secrecy/data protection regulations and relevant cross-border rules
Your skills and experience
- 8 or more years of relevant experience as an assistant relationship manager, client service executive, or sales support aiding the relationship managers at AVP level
- Prior experience in Private Banking or Wealth Management is a prerequisite
- Possession of relevant local licenses and qualifications such as CACS Paper 1 and 2 is mandatory
- Minimum Degree qualification in the relevant field
- Strong team player with the ability to meet deadlines and multitask effectively
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented with a proactive attitude, thriving in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in written and oral English
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Meticulous, methodical, and detail-oriented with a strong sense of integrity
This role requires on-site performance at the One Raffles Quay office. Relevant vaccination criteria may be applicable.
