Job Summary

DBS Bank is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Private Banking Relationship Manager to join our team in the Greater China market. As a key member of our Private Banking team, you will be responsible for growing the business through proactive acquisition and retention of high net worth (HNW) and ultra high net worth (UHNW) clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a strategic plan to acquire and retain HNW/UHNW clients in the Greater China market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their investment needs and providing sound financial advice.
  • Work closely with Investment Counsellors and Product Specialists to provide comprehensive wealth management solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with the bank's and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive client acquisition and retention.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with at least 8-12 years of relevant experience in private banking or a related field.
  • Sound knowledge of private banking products and solutions, as well as deep expertise of the Greater China Market.
  • Good understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong client centricity.
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate widely with various internal stakeholders.
