Project Executive to be part of our diverse team of talent here at NCS

What we seek to accomplish together:

  • Station at customer site
  • Engage site user on new project requirement.
  • Engage NCS team for the project new requirement.
  • Collaborate with NCS presale and request for quote.
  • Work towards understanding the user requirement and the infrastructure design.
  • Ensure NCS propose design meet user requirement.
  • Process vendor clearance, involve in the project.
  • Facilitate the working hour and escort for vendor to work on site.
  • Ensure project team meet the security aspect and schedule.
  • Update Site manager on the project progress.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities
  • Teammanagement and leadership skills
  • Documentation management and ability to use project management tools
  • Attention to details even under pressure
  • Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills

What you might also need to have:

  • 2-3 years as a Project Coordinator/ Project Executive/ Project facilitator
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL framework and ITSM processes
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow and other ITSM tools
  • Certification in PMP / CITPM/ ITSM / ITIL V3 or above
