A modern Italian trattoria and rooftop bar situated in Esplanade by the Marina Bay waterfront, has been welcoming guests since 2013. We are renowned for our delightful thin crust pizzas, flavorful pastas, and delectable grill dishes. The establishment features an expansive 12-meter open kitchen, creating a vibrant work environment where chefs can engage with diners.
Emphasizing on artisanal offerings, our culinary team crafts daily homemade delicacies on-site like fresh pasta, baked sourdough bread, and flavorful sauces. The Roof Terrace on level 2 houses an organic herb garden, enhancing our farm-to-table concept. Additionally, we have recently introduced ARKTOS GELATO - a cold dessert kitchen adjacent to the eatery, where our gelatos are carefully crafted from scratch. Our kitchen provides diverse work opportunities, encouraging chefs to expand their skill set through continuous learning and growth.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare dishes for the station
- Manage daily station operations
- Monitor station inventory
- Support in supply orders
- Assist Head & Sous chef with administrative tasks
This position offers the following work schedule options:
- 5 days / week
- 5.5 days / week
