The FlightSense Industrial Manager focuses on meeting performance targets, collaborating with Maintenance & Repair Operations (MRO) leadership to resolve performance shortfalls.

They use strategic recovery plans and tactical delivery assurance through Daily Management Board reviews (DMB). The Industrial Manager provides necessary information to support Operators, our Customers, through customer administration.


The FlightSense Industrial Manager is a highly visible role in the Aftermarket Supply Chain organization, working together onsite, at the Singapore / FAST MRO, managing the FlightSense order book.

The FlightSense Industrial Manager is onsite in Singapore / FAST.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Work in Progress management and delivery assurance: track orders from induction through quote until shipment to ensure turnaround time is met
  • Driving Performance: collaborate with the General Manager of Windsor Locks on root cause / corrective action
  • Quality: Obtain corrected certifications and Root Cause / Corrective Action, along with timely reporting back to FlightSense Quality Team.
  • Retrofit Management: Collaborate on all active and incoming retrofits.
  • Investigations: drive timely resolution of investigations and facilitate meetings between stakeholders
  • FlightSense Shortages & Forecasting: collaborate to deliver accurate forecasts with program management and MRO so plan is correct and provisioned.
  • Transition and Entry Into Service (EIS): drive transitions within the MRO across stakeholders including internal customer communication, SAP reporting, contracts, agreements, etc.
  • Reporting & Presenting: report on performance and delivery at weekly or monthly Tier or Performance Reviews with executive leadership
  • SAP

Tactical Execution:
transactions pertaining to Work In Progress (WIP) management and delivery assurance.

Qualifications/Experience Needed:

  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum
    8 years prior relevant experience
    or
    an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 **years of experience
    or in absence of a degree, **12** years of relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Supply Chain, Operations or Customer Service experience
  • SAP
experience

  • Aerospace and Aftermarket experience
  • Demonstrated track record of conflict / issue resolution on difficult problems
  • Proven experience developing and maintaining strong working relationships
