Position Summary:

Position Responsibilities:

  • Set strategic direction and implement plan to achieve sales and profitability targets for Ergotron's APAC business, with a balance of shortterm success and longterm vision being equally important.
  • Creation of a 3year strategic plan to grow the business, including key performance indicators, annual improvement priorities, and actional strategic objectives.
  • Evaluate and improve current go to market strategy with the emphasis on increasing the primary focus of reaching and influencing clinical end user, buyers.
  • Recommend/implement/execute necessary changes to achieve customer focus goals.
  • Establish, maintain and leverage customer and industry relationships at senior levels to grow the APAC business and Ergotron's brand.
  • Develop and implement best in class channel sales practices.
  • Responsible for leading organizational change initiatives across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Reviews regional performance in relation to sales target vs actual, sales management, cash flow and profit.
  • Budget and cost control monitoring all costs, labor, supplies and materials costs for the APAC region.
  • Work with Chief Commercial Officer to develop implement and manage a reputable sales pipeline/funnel and forecasting process at the SKU level on a quarterly basis with sales operations, product management, and finance.
  • Work with marketing and the global healthcare team to develop effective marketing and promotional tools (white papers, value prop, etc.)
  • Create and present a monthly business segment updates, QBRs (quarterly business reviews), to the executive leadership team, highlighting performance against financials and key business drivers and identifiying plans to address variance to plan.
  • In collaboration with product management, engineering and global segment teams assist in identifying and recommending new product solutions in the marketplace, as well as recommending new growth opportunities, gap products, adjacencies and new markets.
  • Partner with leaders and colleagues across the organization to create and reinforce a culture of customer obsession that leads to deeper relationships delivering additional sales.
  • Maintain relationships with key channel partners & distributors to assist in all aspects of working with Ergotron.
  • Resource planning and full analysis of staffing levels and labor control to ensure profitability.
  • Negotiate, partner, prepare and complete customer contracts in partnership with internal legal and external resources including high level of ability to manage legal issues and agreement with best business interests in mind.
  • Monitors team operations for efficiency and safety, ensuring all applicable regulatory requirements are met.
  • Communicates and administers company policies.
  • Makes recommendations to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency.
  • Responsible for timely and accurate updating of all required systems and programs necessary for APAC as appropriate to ensure customer data is well maintained and documented.
  • Supports "Lean Business Enterprise" initiatives for continuous process improvement and waste elimination.

Position Requirements (Knowledge and Experience):

  • MBA or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
  • 10+ years leading sales teams required, inclusive of multiple channels and regions preferred
  • Must have strong experience selling durable goods or equivalent into the healthcare sector
  • Strong experience and knowledge of channel sales, IT two step distribution experience preferred
  • Demonstrates good business and financial acumen, strong decisionmaking skills.
