Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsibilities: Assist the operation manager with daily sales and order processing. Work closely with the operation manager on project and budgetary inquiries. Ensure efficient handling of all correspondence and inquiries, reporting to the operation manager when necessary. Resolve minor non-technical issues and escalate major ones to the operation manager. Compile updated pricing files from local and overseas vendors on a monthly basis.
- Essential Functions: Manage day-to-day sales operations from inquiries to order execution. Maintain a comprehensive filing system both in hard and soft copies. Prepare inquiries, cost sheets, and purchasing recommendations for projects. Scout for new supply sources to enrich the company's supplier database. Handle ad-hoc data entry tasks.
