Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

• Promptly address and resolve incidents

• Complete tasks within agreed timelines

• Handle tasks with professionalism and follow up with users

• Escalate incidents swiftly to other teams for efficient problem resolution

• Offer L1 line support and training for IT Services staff

• Update and maintain Software and Hardware Inventory

• Coordinate with 3rd party helpdesks and vendors for necessary support

• Prepare laptops/PCs with software installations prior to deployment

• Deploy/Relocate PCs/Monitors & trading terminals as requested

• Secure and protect laptop endpoints

• Prepare & Clone Amazon Workspace Images

• Deploy Amazon Workspaces

• Manage 0365 1st level support

• Handle Patch Management

• Provide support for Audio & Visual Meeting Rooms

• Mobile App Support

• Manage projects assigned by Helpdesk Lead

Job Requirements:

Hands-on Desktop Support Experience, proficient in supporting MS Operating Systems & MS Office

Skilled in Hardware Support

Familiarity with O365 products like Outlook Online, Teams

Support for mobile applications installation

Experience working with Virtual desktop deployment such as Amazon Workspace

Effective communication and interpersonal skills to manage end-user expectations

Familiarity with ITSM process

Knowledge of Manage Engine

Minimum 3 years of work experience

Diploma in IT or higher

Proactive and strong team player in a dynamic environment
