Key Responsibilities:

Owning Business Product Roadmap:

  • Act as a bridge between business teams and product team to ensure alignment.
  • Develop and maintain the business product roadmap to support overarching business objectives.

Product Marketing:

  • Develop Go-ToMarket (GTM) strategies for newly built products and features.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure successful product launches.

Data Analysis and Insights:

  • Utilize datadriven insights to advise on directing traffic to the appropriate channels for optimal engagement and conversion.
  • Develop comprehensive onsite dashboards to facilitate deep dives into performance metrics.

Own Global Onsite Strategy:

  • Take ownership of the global onsite conversion rate (CR) and work with crossfunctional and local teams to achieve targets.
  • Develop and execute strategies to optimize onsite performance globally.

Empower Local Teams:

  • Build dashboards and provide training to empower local onsite teams across different regions.
  • Establish templates, best practices, and testing methodologies to ensure consistency and efficiency in marketing efforts globally.

Continuous Improvement and Optimization:

  • Continuously monitor and analyse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement in onsite marketing strategies.
  • Implement A/B testing and experimentation to optimize conversion rates and user experience on the website.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to incorporate innovative approaches into onsite marketing efforts.

The Perfect profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in Onsite Marketing, Business Product Management, Product Management, Marketing Technology or similar roles, preferably in the ecommerce sector, with 5+ years of experience, and 1+ years for team management experience.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, with a strong understanding of Google Analytics or similar tools is a must.
  • Familiarity with website optimization techniques and A/B testing methodologies is a must.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams and regions.
  • Strategic mindset with a keen eye for detail and the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Proficiency in SQL is an added advantage.
