RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role, you will play a crucial role in the execution of marketing campaigns to boost the number of exhibitors, delegates, and visitors.
This position requires a collaborative approach, working closely with the Marketing Lead and other team members to support the overall marketing strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Execute marketing campaigns aimed at increasing the number of exhibitors, delegates, and visitors for events.
- Analyze campaign data to provide insights for reviewing and optimizing marketing efforts.
- Work closely with the Marketing Lead and other team members to support the overall marketing strategy.
- Understand the assigned industry to build and manage databases.
- Handle data segmentation and list management for targeted marketing campaigns.
- Oversee paid marketing campaigns, review their results, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Manage onsite marketing activities to ensure the smooth running of events, including registration support and material placement.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to ensure a seamless event experience.
- Strong sense of ownership, entrepreneurial mindset, and independent working behaviour.
- Other adhoc tasks will be assigned from time to time by your reporting officer.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Marketing with experience in project management.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful event marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Manager, desirable.
- New office is set to relocate to Expo in Q3 2024.
