Responsibilities for
International sales manager include:


  • Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands customer base and extends global reach (home and overseas markets)
  • Acquire potential clients and grow longlasting relationships.
  • Track monthend and yearend closure deals/sales records vs targets
  • Prepare documents (quotations, invoices etc.) according to regulatory export/import requirements and rules
  • Manage logistics to optimize transportation costs

Requirements for
International sales manager include:


  • University degree in biology-related majors, preferably in microbiology/molecular biology/life science domains
  • More than 3 years of prior practical working experience in sales of lifescience products
  • Perfect communicational skills in English (native or close to native)
  • Has strong network and relationships with global lifescience distributors (highly preferred)
  • Prior experience of sales of products related to metagenomics and NGS (highly preferred)
  • Strong sales background and knowledge about sales techniques, closure deals techniques, handling objections etc. (highly preferred)
  • Ability to work independently, leadership and persistence in achieving sales goals
