As the Administrative Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment. You will oversee human resources, manage financial reports, and handle administrative tasks. This is a dynamic role that requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.

Responsibilities:

  • Human Resources Management
  • Handle recruitment
- employee records, onboarding, and training.
- make a schedule

  • MOM tasks : apply, renew, cancle for wp, sp and ep
Ensure compliance with labor laws and address employee concerns to maintain a positive work environment.

  • Financial Reporting and Analysis
  • Prepare financial reports
- monitor transactions, analyze data, and collaborate with the management team to develop budgets and strategies.

  • Manage payroll processing and tax filings.
- prepare documents for GST

  • Administrative Support
  • Oversee general administrative tasks
- coordinate meetings and appointments
- develop administrative policies and procedures
- maintain effective communication channels between departments.
- renew licenses

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in HR management, financial reporting, and administrative roles.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software.
