A Better retail advisor will:

  • Develop and maintain Strong Product Knowledge of inhouse brands, in order to provide Better play advice for our shoppers (don't worry, we help you with this)
  • Create an Extraordinary Service Experience by being attentive of our surroundings and going the extra mile for our customers.
  • Be highly motivated and committed to the achievement of Daily Store Sales and KPI Goals.
  • Adhere to Store's Standard Operational Procedures (SOPs) with excellence.
  • Maintain optimal Housekeeping standards; including (but not limited to) the store's Display & Merchandising, Windows, Shelves, Counter, Storeroom and overall cleanliness of the shop.
  • Carry out Standard Retail Roles & Duties within the store; including (but not limited to) Cashiering, Store Ordering, Stock-Take and any other tasks that may be reasonably assigned to facilitate your professional growth.
  • Possess good Communication skills, and work effectively in a Team.
