As a Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and driving sales in our luxury retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Support day-to-day retail operations as a Brand Ambassador
* Achieve Individual sales and Store sales target
* Execute sales strategies and action plans implemented by the Managers
* Perform cashiering duties and various payment transactions in store
* Manage in-store visual merchandising display and floor set changes
* Ensure all monies and sales transactions are accordance to the operation procedures
* Keep abreast of product knowledge, sales & customer service whilst providing excellent WOW service experience to customers
* Maintaining and upholding the company's image as a prestigious and luxurious brand at all times
* Work with the Manager to best handle customer complaints
* Comply with Brand standards, company SOP and the Code of Business Conduct
* Perform store opening and closing procedures and to ensure the process follows company SOPs
* Ensure proper care of stocks, fixtures and furniture within the store, and kept neatly and tidy at all times
* Any Ad Hoc duties as assigned by the management

Requirements:

* 6-hours daily with 4-day work week; 24 hours per week (weekdays & weekend, retail shift)
* Basic salary $1600 with commission
* Only Singaporean & SPR
* Leave entitlement 7 days per year
* 1-2 years beauty experience
