The Retail Fashion Advisor is a customer service specialist responsible for providing exceptional service to customers, exceeding their expectations, and achieving sales and operations excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide in-depth product information and answer customer questions about products and services.
  • Take great care of customers and exceed their expectations by listening to their needs and finding products that meet their requirements.
  • Achieve sales targets, deliver service excellence, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Working Conditions:
  • Working location: Islandwide
  • Working days: 5 days, Monday-Sunday (rest rotated)
  • Working hours: 44 hours (depending on schedule)

Compensation:
  • Basic salary: $1800 - $2500 (gross up to $3500)
