Account Manager
(Account Management)


As our business continues to grow and reach new heights, we are looking for an Account Manager to join us to help us with our next phase as we develop our account management and operations across APAC.

You'll be working closely with our Account Director to manage the day-to-day requirements of our key clients, pairing a keen eye for detail with excellent communication skills to ensure smooth delivery.


To be successful in this role, you'll maintain high standards in operational efficiency and become a trusted partner for our clients.

You'll bring strong experience in client commercials, whilst looking to develop your financial and strategic acumen among some of the world's most sought out brands.


Role:

  • Own and oversee the endtoend client account management, including daytoday communications, maintaining our financial processes, and liaising with internal teams.
  • Be the point of contact for new client briefs, demonstrating stellar project management and attention to detail.
  • Become the goto person and a trusted advisor to our clients and partners with a strong focus on driving results and profitability while building relationships.
  • Develop and own compelling proposals and pitch materials by project managing resources and timelines, case studies, and presentations.
  • Display the passion and drive of a client portfolio owner, take accountability for obstacles and rectify those as appropriate.
  • Provide intel to support the daytoday operations of the business unit, including timely updates, reporting and actionable business insights.
  • Support and own strategic and operational business initiatives, including but not limited to business planning, financial and commercial control, client and internal operations.
  • Act as a catalyst for customer service and operational excellence across the organisation as aligned with the clients' and business requirements and priorities.

You:

  • 5+ years of experience in an agency, consultancy or inhouse team, well versed with account management, marketing, and project management.
  • Proven project management abilities with an eye for detail
  • Demonstrated experience in daytoday financial management
  • Strong in communication with demonstrated success in handling and communicating complex or sensitive business issues to clients and C-Suite.
  • Possess critical thinking skills coupled with process improvement ability to build systems, processes and procedures from the ground up in a startup environment.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities, projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Eager to motivate and inspire with high tolerance and appreciation for navigating through ambiguity.
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communications and presentation skills and ideally fluent in another Asian language to cover projects across APAC.
