Roles & Responsibilities

EXECUTIVE, TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT

Responsibilities:

  • Support coordination of training sessions, events, and enrolment
  • Track enrolments, attendance, and certification
  • Assist in preparing training materials and related resources
  • Tabulate learner evaluation results
  • Prepare reports for analysis
  • Handle inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins
  • Manage grant disbursements if needed
  • Perform other assigned duties and projects

Requirements:

  • GCE 'A' Levels or Diploma
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Familiar with digital learning solutions
  • Service-oriented with strong coordination and communication skills
  • Meticulous in maintaining learner database accuracy
  • Skilled in problem anticipation and providing solutions
  • Passionate about learning and a great team player
  • Experience in course administration or training management preferred
  • ACTA or ACLP qualification is advantageous
