Job Description

The Executive/Senior Executive will take charge of leading the community engagement efforts at ECON Healthcare Group (EHG) for internal stakeholders (senior care services and supporting functions) to activate partners from public, private, and community sectors. The goal is to support seniors in living well. Working closely with internal stakeholders, they will oversee the execution of various community-based programs, events, and advocacy activities within EHG service areas. The role involves ensuring goal attainment through effective leadership, engagement, empowerment, and mobilization of partners and volunteers.

  • Responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and organizing community projects to enhance the visibility of services offered by EHG
  • Coordinate recruitment and reactivation activities for passive volunteers
  • Implement risk management measures and conduct needs analysis for volunteers with the program team
  • Enforce volunteer policies and processes, including recognition and engagement activities
  • Facilitate volunteer training programs and collaborate with community partners to enhance volunteer capabilities
  • Manage and review the volunteer database and training records
  • Assess the effectiveness of volunteer partnerships
  • Contribute to the development and evaluation of volunteer management policies and processes
  • Engage with social service organizations, community stakeholders, corporate partners, and agencies to establish community partnerships and volunteer initiatives
  • Support the growth of stakeholder networks in communities where EHG operates
  • Assist in additional projects or tasks as directed by management

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in a relevant field or equivalent education and experience
  • Strong organizational, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in multiple languages and dialects
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and volunteer management abilities
