Your Role at Sephora
As a Senior Manager, Brand Partner Marketing, you will be responsible for establishing marketing plans for Sephora brand partners that drive sales and keep Sephora competitive and beloved by clients.
In addition, you will serve as:
Brand Marketing Advisor
- Lead and deliver a unified brand partner marketing strategy that unlocks more business value to both brands and Sephora.
- Strategic lead for all brand partners; owning key brands' relationship outright for ~2025 priority brands as per aligned with Merchandising. Develop a keen understanding of the brands' businesses, priorities, and products.
- Navigate conversations with and advise seniormost marketing leaders in the brands' organizations on both the strategic and tactical level.
- Advise the brands on how to win at Sephora from an omnichannel marketing standpoint, including sampling strategy, social media strategy, coop advertising, and consumer messaging to achieve mutually beneficial business objectives.
- For select brands with limited marketing means, advise on general marketing strategy and the best use of the brand's marketing resources, both inside and outside of the immediate world of Sephora
- Lead and drive overall brands' sampling strategy with strong focus on procuring for Rewards Boutique followed by other Sephora led marketing levers.
- Develop strong partnerships, securing brand participation in relevant Sephora marketing programs.
- Analyse and report on Sephora and brand ROI for collaborative marketing programs and sampling investments. Utilize data to make recommendations to deliver winwins for both the brands and Sephora.
- Identify opportunities for new coop marketing programs and partnerships. Build the business case to develop new ideas and innovations.
- Serve as the goto marketing contact for the Sephora merchandising leads.
- Build reciprocal partnerships crossfunctionally in a highly matrixed organization: merchandising/brands, ecommerce, growth marketing, retail operations, training, and education, creative, CRM & loyalty and analytics teams.
- Employ a strategic approach to process; organize and divvy up work effectively.
- Serve as mentor and rolemodel to junior team members and crossfunctional partners, even if don't have a directreporting relationship.

- 7+ years related experience in marketing/advertising, ideally loyalty or retail with some digital experience.
- Ability to both think big picture and be a visionary/idea generator leading program vision and planning while also getting involved in the details of program execution.
- Experience managing a budget.
- Experience working with cross functional partners or clients to meet their business needs.
- Ability to organize and manage multiple detailoriented projects and to meet deadlines.
- Willingness to approach projects with a cando attitude and create process where there isn't one.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Power Point.
