Administration Assistant/ Executive

Requirements:

  • Minimum 'A' level and above
  • At least 3 years of experience in performing administration duties
  • Excellent communications skills with the ability to interact in English/Mandarin
  • Good followup skills
  • Good Microsoft office skills (especially in Excel/Words & PowerPoint).
  • Able to work independently
  • Ability to type and do translation from English to Chinese.
  • Pleasant personality with good interpersonal & communications skills
  • Meticulous and detailoriented
  • Ability to work well with all levels of management, staff and tenants
  • Advanced multitasking skills
  • Good telephone etiquette
  • Preferably able to commence work immediately.
**Key Responsibilities -Your job responsibilities and priorities will include (but not limited to) the following: - **- Manage office equipment, replenish office and pantry supplies, housekeeping etc

  • Procurement of goods and services as and when required.
  • General admin support and maintenance support for the mall.
  • Coordinate, schedule meetings and write minutes where necessary
  • To keep stock and liaise with external vendors for stationery and supplies, printing, photocopy, daily mails, postage requirements etc.
  • Keep the general office area in a tidy and manageable state on a daily basis.
  • Prepare and circulate memos to tenants and members as and when required.
  • Handle membershiprelated matters.
  • Procurement of goods and services as and when required.
  • Printing and filing of documents.
  • Update Exco attendance and calendar
  • Order refreshments for meetings.
  • Assists in event and sourcing of gift items.
  • Assists to cover CSO's duty when required
  • Any other duties assigned.
