Team Member Relations Manager/Specialist, Southeast Asia

- Understand and follow the Quality Systems (QS) according to training.

- Source top talent candidates through various methods such as job postings, Linkedin, Boolean Search Strings, and other channels.
- Assess and interview candidates through email, phone, webcam, and in-person interactions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to establish candidate profiles that match the company's culture.
- Stay updated on Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action regulations.
- Provide applicants with details on responsibilities, benefits, schedules, and growth opportunities.
- Guide the team in setting recruiting standards and ensuring quality.
- Participate in recruiting and retention audits.
- Review programs and documentation for compliance with standards and regulations.
- Offer guidance in recruiting data analysis and trending.
- Develop strategies to fulfill staffing needs.
- Advise on recruiting and retention programs.
- Evaluate recruitment criteria to meet professional standards.
- Inform team members about policies, job duties, conditions, wages, and benefits.
- Represent the organization in investigations and conflict resolution.
- Coordinate with vendors for benefits and services.
- Update policies and procedures for benefits and payroll.
- Oversee system projects related to benefits and payroll.
- Communicate details regarding policies, job duties, and more.
- Prepare compensation and benefits reports.
- Maintain office supplies and environment.
- Fulfill additional responsibilities as directed by leadership.
- Maintain effective communication and positive relationships with cross-functional teams.
- Possess strong communication skills and ability to resolve conflicts.
- Collaborate with management to address issues.
- Troubleshoot and enhance individual and department performance.
- Provide timely and respectful responses to internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and computer literacy.
- Understanding of wage and hour laws.
- Detail-oriented with numerical aptitude.
- Ability to manage change, lead a team, interact with all levels, and maintain confidentiality.
- University Degree
- Minimum 10 years' experience in a similar role.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and a local language.
- Proven track record in policy development and implementation.
- Experience in advising leaders on change management.
- Knowledge of labor laws, Equal Employment Opportunities, and Discrimination Legislation.
- Familiarity with MS Office and Windows applications.
