**Executive Assistant (OBTM Quality Assurance)

Job Decscription

  • Ensure accuracy of information and quality of delivery by monitoring telesales calls and recommending improvements.
  • Determines telemarketing quality standards by listening and studying the outbound nonsales calls and telesales presentations made by the TSRs.
  • Conduct test calls to TSRs for when new products are launched or when telesales scripts are revised.
  • Provides feedback to TSRs and the Team Lead after calls monitoring to facilitate call improvement and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Evaluates telemarketing approaches by rating effectiveness of TSRs, providing quality ratings, identifying training needs, developing training programs in relation to sales quality and compliance issues and conducting such trainings on regular basis.
  • Directs quality initiatives by requiring adherence to quality assurance policies and procedures set by the Company and Partner(s).
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending courses and/or workshops related to general insurance and/or regulatory matters.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing OBTM related results as needed.
  • Perform administrative duties that are necessary to facilitate the OBTM business including premium billings.
  • Works with internal stakeholders (e.g. finance, contact centre etc.) to ensure the smooth operation of the OBTM business.
  • Works with external stakeholders (e.g. the partner's HR or IT team) to ensure the smooth operations of the OBTM team.
  • Take on any additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned.

EDUCATION

  • Minimum diploma holder, preferably in the discipline of business or insurance.
  • Full Certificate in General Insurance; or mínimally possess BCP & PGI and Certificate of Health Insurance.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Preferably with at least 3 years' experience in quality assurance in a OBTM or IBTM setting in the general &/or life insurance industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Competent in using MS Office, particularly MS Excel
  • Ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks at any given time
  • A selfmotivated individual who has an eye for details
  • Team working skills but also a willingness to work using your own initiative
