Join us as a Service Center Manager, where your role will encompass:

Service Management

  • Monitor and report SLA/KPI of systems within the System Family to the client
  • Engage directly with clients for project delivery and support
  • Update clients on operational concerns and propose solutions
  • Provide regular status updates and reports on system health and issues
  • Participate in various management meetings and review sessions
  • Support project teams and suggest improvements for IT governance and efficiency
  • Develop annual management plans for client submission

IT Configuration Management

  • Review IT asset inventory records and maintain obsolescence management
  • Submit reports to the client as required

Incident Management

  • Lead incident investigations and recommend solutions for recurring issues

IT Security Management

  • Schedule security scans for systems, verify vulnerability fixes, and report suspicious activities
  • Track and address security vulnerabilities promptly
  • Submit monthly security reports
