TAB Global Pte Ltd , headquartered in Singapore with small offices in Beijing, Dubai, Kuala Lumpur and Manila, is the foremost provider of integrated business intelligence to the global financial services industry.


The Asian Banker covers the business of banking from Japan to Australia, and is now pushing westward into Central Asia, Africa the Middle East.

The Company's
core services include research, publications and organizing forums for decision-makers in the industry . We are looking for high-caliber individuals for the following positions.

Editors (TAB Global, Wealth and Society)

(Based in Singapore)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all online contents and deliverables to ensure that they are published on a timely and highquality basis;
  • Initiate and execute ideas to enhance overall online contents and deliverables;
  • Write regularly short opinion editorial articles on relevant and current topics for the website;
  • Develop a strong online presence and work closely with social media team to develop strong social media presence;
  • Edit and proofread all our written research, editorial and social media contents for dissemination through our online and social media channels, to ensure grammatical correctness and factual accuracy.

Core Skills:

  • Ability to conduct and publish interviews from a wide source of industry practitioners;
  • Able to source for quotes, pictures and write/rewrite news snippets;

KPIS:

  • Ability to manage the content of the Company's online and social media platforms effectively for clients of the Company;
  • Ability to initiate, organize, execute and deliver editorial assignments accurately and professionally in a timely manner;
  • Ability to determine the best way to tell a story on the channels and platforms in your care
  • List, infographic, videos, slideshow, voice files, long form or short form editorial content;
  • Accuracy and timeliness in the execution of your assignments are fundamental to your success.

Requirements:

  • Possess at least a tertiary qualification in relevant field;
  • At least 6 years of relevant experience;
  • Strong business or banking, consulting, research or writing background;
  • Strong command of the English language;
  • Subediting experience, preferably with websites or online publications;
  • Be comfortable with the use of CMS such as Wordpress, Joomla, or ModX;
  • Be able to work under pressure independently with minimum supervision;
  • Knowledge of Social Media tools is a plus, but not critical.

Note:
Selected applicants will be required to perform writing tests.
