Job Summary:


The Project Co-ordinator will be responsible for overseeing and managing renovation projects from inception to completion, ensuring that projects are completed on time, and to the satisfaction of clients.

The Project Co-ordinator will work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution, and will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, and risk management.


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage renovation projects.
  • Develop project plans and schedules, and manage project timelines.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings with clients and internal teams, and provide regular project updates.
  • Manage project risks and identify potential issues before they arise.
  • Ensure that projects are completed on time, and to the satisfaction of clients.
  • Conduct postproject reviews and prepare project reports for management.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in project management, preferably within the interior design or renovation industry.
  • Excellent project management skills, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to work well under pressure.
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
  • Knowledge of Singapore renovation codes and regulations is a plus.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, as required by the project.

Salary:
$2, $2,500.00 per month
