The Business Solutions Executive (Airfreight) is required to assist the Singapore air procurement team to win airfreight tenders and developing new business for the Company.


ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist the Singapore air procurement team to win airfreight tenders
  • Enhance our procurement capability and airfreight solutions
  • Arrange meetings with clients/carriers
  • Identify potential pipelines and help develop and win new business
  • Attend weekly sales meetings to update developments and potential pipelines
  • Update Crane CRM tool on activities (meetings/ opportunities / wins and losses etc)

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR SKILLS REQUIREMENT
- 'N', 'O' or NITEC in any discipline

  • More than 5 years of working experience in Airfreight Export, Pricing or within the forwarding or airline industry
  • Experience in Air Freight Industry is required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint )
  • Experience in negotiating and managing relationships with carriers and coloaders
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Able to work underpressure, in a fast pace environment.
  • Ability to engage with various internal and external stakeholders
  • Willingness to learn, quick learner and accountability
  • Ability on data analysis, careful calculation and attention to details.
  • Strong problemsolving mentality
