Responsibilities:

This role is for a digital evangelist with strong interest in software-defined infrastructure. In this role, you will design and develop innovative integrated solutions that drive Singtel Enterprise business forward.

This is a great opportunity for anyone that aspire to be technology architect as the role allows wide exposure to various technology domain while developing depth in software engineering.

  • Is highly analytical and data driven, while striking a good balance between technical skill and presentation skill.
  • Is a teambased individuals that collaborate closely with peers and colleagues from sales, presales, product, and delivery.
  • Is curious, innovative, and actively point out opportunities to enhance existing platform based on customer needs. He/she embodies challenger spirit, thinks out of the box, and propose workaround solution when faced with constraints and limitations.
  • Keep up todate with the latest digital technology trends, evaluate partner technology and assess suitability with Singtel CUBE platform integration.
  • Writes clean and efficient code for softwaredefined automation and integration solution. He/she is well versed in development technology such as REST API, Python, Git, SQLbased data structure, Ansible, shell script.
  • Data analytics, data visualisation or data engineering experience is a plus
  • Has experience in multidisciplinary project, preferably across hardware and software.
  • Is an effective communicator both in verbal and written; He/she able to convey ideas, translate complex technical information, present development result in a clear and concise manner.
  • Be Singtel Group Enterprise Digital Enabler
  • Shares research result, integration release, platform capabilities and roadmap, client pursuit with digital solution experiences to the relevant stakeholders within Singtel Group Enterprise. Highlight the rationale and learning points through the journey.
  • Enable Singtel Presales Team to propose robust and rightsized solution based on newly integrated solution.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Engineering
  • Knowledge of Data Architectures and Cloud Technologies, with an expectation that they have worked with or provided solutions
  • ITILv3/ITILv4 certification
  • Possess excellent customer service, soft skills and communications skills
  • Background in one or more stints of the following IT Consulting or professional services experience as a technical consultant, service engineer, sales engineer, system architect, field engineer, operations consultant or implementation engineer
  • Knowledgeable on major products used in client environments and is familiar with product licensing schemes.

External Requirements:

  • A completed diploma from a reputable Polytechnic
  • 3 year or less work experience
