Our client is leading biotech pharma with goals to bring in innovative medicines to Asian markets.

To further establish their presence in Asia, they are currently seeking for a ( Senior) Medical Affairs Manager to be based in Singapore, to lead & formulate upcoming scientific strategies for upcoming product launches.


Responsibilities:

Reports to Head of Medical Affairs


Person-in-charge to formulate medical & scientific strategies for Singapore; identify key insights in all aspects including HCPs, regulators, patients, hospitals etc.

and allow dynamic collaborations among all parties to aid product launch & development in Singapore

Support, initial and executive medical-related events in SEA regions, provide an overview for early access programs & pre-launch activities

KOL mapping project - identify key leaders in the region to represent products-to-launch; advocate fellow HCPs and patients on upcoming treatment alternatives

Work closely with internal parties including Regulatory, Marketing, Alliance Development Team in both Singapore and Global to ensure goals are aligned and timelines are met

Requirements:

PhD/Master degree holder in any science related discipline

Minimum 5+ years of working experience in Pharma/Biotech sector within Medical Affairs/Scientific Affairs function

Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, strong business acumen, patient-oriented, a good team player
