DESIGNATION :
Senior Executive, Business Support

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist and support Sales team activities on administration of purchase orders and invoices.
  • Preparation of related administrative paper documentation.
  • Liaise with clients and suppliers on logistic and delivery arrangements.
  • Responsible for clients inquiries and quotations.
  • Keep track of payments for all events and following up with tracers to issue invoices.
  • Supporting Event team in organisation of sales events.

  • Undertake any other adhoc projects/duties assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administrationor related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales support experience.
  • Strong organization, time management skills and ability to work with senior internal stakeholders.
  • Interpersonal skills, confident personality, high level of enthusiasm.
  • New office is set to relocate to Expo in Q2/Q3 2024.
