WHO WE ARE SEEKING

As a Director of Healthcare and Corporate Communications, you will hold a crucial position in steering our healthcare segment under Golin Health and our corporate sector under the Golin umbrella. Your expertise and industry acumen will be instrumental in fostering meaningful collaborations, expanding our client base, and advocating for our healthcare marketing solutions throughout the Asia-Pacific region.

Your role involves designing and executing strategic PR campaigns for our healthcare and corporate clientele. You will collaborate with the Creative Intelligence squad on data-driven strategies to deliver cutting-edge and impactful concepts to our clients. Your role in nurturing client relationships, driving business growth, and offering expert guidance to clients and internal teams is paramount.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive strategies for healthcare and corporate communications, ensuring they align with respective business goals and brand positioning.
• Provide strategic advice to clients on communication and PR strategies, leveraging industry insights and best practices.
• Conduct in-depth research and analysis of the healthcare and corporate sectors, including market trends, competitors, and regulatory changes, to guide campaign strategies and client recommendations.
• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the key point of contact and trusted advisor.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as account managers, creatives, and digital experts to craft integrated PR strategies and ensure successful campaign execution for clients.
• Lead endeavors for new business development in the healthcare domain, identifying potential opportunities, creating proposals, and engaging in client presentations.
• Stay updated on emerging trends and advancements in healthcare and corporate PR by participating in industry events and networking sessions to enhance professional knowledge and connections.
• Oversee campaign performance, monitor key metrics, and deliver regular reports to clients, showcasing the impact of PR efforts and recommending adjustments as necessary.

What you'll bring:

• Bachelor's degree in public relations, communications, journalism, or a related field. An advanced degree in a relevant healthcare or corporate communications discipline is advantageous.
• Extensive experience in health PR and Corporate Communications or related fields, with a solid track record of managing successful PR campaigns for consumer health and corporate clients.
• In-depth understanding of the healthcare industry, including trends, regulations, and key stakeholders.
• Demonstrated proficiency in various areas such as Pharmaceuticals, Medical devices, Public Health, Public Affairs (Disease Awareness), and Corporate Health.
• Expertise in Healthcare Professional strategy and engagement, with the ability to develop healthcare communication materials.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport with clients, effectively convey complex information, and influence decision-making.
• Proven track record in devising and executing strategic PR campaigns encompassing media relations, thought leadership, and content creation.
• Strong leadership skills, capable of managing and guiding a team to nurture a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Excellent business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset, adept at identifying new business prospects and driving revenue growth.
• Proficient in utilizing digital platforms and tools for PR and social media management.
• Exceptional organizational abilities, allowing you to prioritize tasks, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
