Responsibilities
Lead a team of 3 to deliver an efficient end-to-end credit process from handling standard credit requests, structuring of complex credit requests, credit initiation to limit activation. Provide credit advisory to Business Heads / Relationship Managers. Provide viable credit solutions to meet clients' credit needs. Maintain a good credit quality of loan portfolio whilst supporting Wealth in meeting business targets within agreed SLA. Manage risk-related projects and credit process improvement initiatives as assigned. Foster good working environment for the team and contribute to an efficient end-to-end credit process for the Wealth business.Requirements
Degree from relevant discipline with 10-15 years of related credit management experience. Sound knowledge of credit, risk implications of credit structures and documentation requirements. In-depth knowledge of private banking credit offering including but not limited to promoter share financing, single stock financing, large residential and commercial property financing, as well as non-standard PB credit offering such as pre-IPO financing and acquisition finance. Good working knowledge of wealth investment products and retail banking products (real estate, credit card etc.). Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders. Strong analytical and writing skills.
