Job Description:We are seeking enthusiastic and outgoing individuals to join our team as Outdoor Promoters for MatchInCorp. As an Outdoor Promoter, you will play a crucial role in raising awareness of our platform and engaging with potential members in various outdoor settings. This role offers a unique opportunity to interact with diverse audiences and promote our brand while earning competitive compensation.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Brand Ambassadorship: Represent MatchInCorp with professionalism and enthusiasm, embodying our brand values and mission. Educate the public about our platform and its features, highlighting the benefits of joining our community.
  2. Event Promotion: Attend outdoor events, festivals, markets, and other public gatherings to promote MatchInCorp. Set up promotional booths or stations and engage with event attendees to generate interest in our platform.
  3. Street Marketing: Conduct proactive outreach in high-traffic areas, such as parks, shopping districts, and tourist attractions. Distribute promotional materials, such as flyers, brochures, and branded merchandise, to passersby and engage them in conversation about MatchInCorp.
  4. Lead Generation: Capture leads and contact information from interested individuals for follow-up communication and potential membership sign-ups. Use tablets or mobile devices to facilitate on-site registration and provide assistance with account setup.
  5. Customer Interaction: Interact with prospective members in a friendly and approachable manner, answering questions and addressing concerns about MatchInCorp. Provide personalized recommendations and guidance to encourage sign-ups and participation.
  6. Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from the public regarding their perceptions of MatchInCorp and their online dating preferences. Compile feedback and insights to inform marketing strategies and product improvements.
  7. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of promotional activities, including attendance numbers, lead counts, and feedback received. Provide regular reports to the marketing team on campaign performance and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college education preferred but not required.
  • Previous experience in promotional or sales roles is advantageous but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse audiences.
  • Outgoing personality with a positive attitude and a passion for interacting with people.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively in outdoor settings, including variable weather conditions.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing promotional materials and leads.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with mobile devices for on-site registration and data collection.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed for events and promotions.
