Oversee and manage the maintenance team to ensure that all equipment and systems are properly maintained and functioning at optimal levels.

Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs for all equipment and systems.

Manage the repair and replacement of equipment and systems as needed.

Identify areas for improvement in plant efficiency and recommend solutions.

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and policies.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of projects.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.

Requirements:

Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering or related field.

Minimum of 3 years' experience in a plant engineering or similar role.

Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment, including boilers, HVAC, electrical systems, and production machinery.

Experience in managing and leading a team of maintenance personnel.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex issues.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
