As a key member of our Process Development section, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful installation and modification of new equipment, as well as upholding equipment application safety standards and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the installation and commissioning of new equipment, ensuring timely completion and adherence to specifications.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and implement safety protocols, training personnel on equipment maintenance and service safety practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and equipment upgrades.
  • Manage and reduce ECRs, investigating root causes and executing solutions in a timely manner.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet desired specifications.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • High pressure equipment-related certification (advantageous).
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience (diploma) or 3 years (degree).
  • Intermediate MS Office skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Good written and spoken English.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good presentation skills to share and brief coworkers and management with clarity.
  • Riche experience in different kinds of motorized equipment service, troubleshooting.
  • Good knowledge in Mechanical-related, e.g., material, application, etc.
  • Able to read P&ID drawings.
  • Able to carry out hands-on work.
  • Leadership and supervision skills to guide and coach team members.
  • Independent individual that does not require supervision.
  • Good team player who can collaborate across different teams and departments.
  • Positive working attitude.
  • Willing to learn new things.
  • Self-motivated to look for problems and solutions.
  • Inquisitive and innovative mind to explore new areas and technologies.
  • Possess a safety mindset.
Working Conditions:
  • Location: Jurong Island (Company Transport provided).
  • Working Hours: Mon ~ Fri from 8:00 am - 4:45 pm.
