Key Responsibilities:
  • Communication and coordination with company and HQ teams
  • Arranging equipment meetings and preparing meeting materials
  • Information sharing and vendor management
  • Design review and project management
  • Vendor qualification and auditing
  • Engineering standard creation and training
  • Modification and support of spare parts management and maintenance works
Requirements:
  • Degree in Automation, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with at least 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Diploma in Automation, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with at least 5 years of relevant working experience
  • Study or work experience in Japan
  • Fluent written and spoken English and Japanese
  • Good understanding of Japanese working culture
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Good presentation skills
  • Intermediate MS Office

  • Able to carry out hands-on work
