Human Resources Department

Essential Job Functions:

  • Prescreening resumes for hiring managers and Recruiters.
  • Coordinating the postinterview debrief meetings and providing debrief materials.
  • Reporting of recruitment progress and metrics for Recruiters, hiring managers
  • Implement and improve new hire onboarding processes and monitor their progress to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Provides admin support on preboarding exercise by conducting background check, assisting new hires with paperwork completion, data entry, and filing.
  • Assists with employment advertising campaigns.
  • Work with external resources, including temporary agencies, search firms and internal sourcing tools.
  • Address queries and requests from new hires.
