After-Sale Services:Execute aftersale services, including maintenance, calibration, machine commissioning and comprehensive operator training.

Product Testing:Collaborate with the team to conduct rigorous product testing and ensure successful sales order fulfillment.

Sales Support:Assist the sales team in delivering technically sound presentations and demos to prospective clients.

- and Off-site Support**:Respond promptly to on-site and off-site support requests and deliver effective and timely solutions for any product-related issues.

Process Development:Take a leading role in process development,identifying the best machine parameters to maximize production yield while ensuring efficiency and quality in manufacturing processes.
Reporting Structure:
This role reports to the Sales Manager based in Singapore and will be given training by a more senior technical support engineer.
Requirements:

Educational Background:Preferably hold a Degree/Diploma in Engineering, with a focus on Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related disciplines.
