Drive Performance Management and Business Development in Ultrasound Services for APAC and India Subcontinent, to secure profitable growth in line with our annual objectives and targets.


Your role:

  • Monitoring performance, develop and enabling execution of corrective actions in the Zones in line with the BMC (Performance Management Calls) and AOP commitments.
  • Ensure that business performance is being delivered according to KPIs such as yearly sales, order intake, Integral Gross Margin (IGM) through price realization in markets.
  • Collecting and analyzing market size, ASP, volumes, market share, growth trends and margin performance to project future trends and develop relevant market approaches.
  • Supporting the design and implementation of Ultrasound Services growth initiatives for the respective Zones.
  • Support the Global Ultrasound Services Team and Ultrasound Growth Region Business Leader providing relevant input for the business strategy, including the development of locally relevant service and integral value propositions, creating opportunities for existing customers and lifecycle management.
  • Develop local gotomarket strategies (Segmentation, Targeting, Positioning, Portfolio definition, pricing, and promotion) to drive profitable growth.
  • Driving competitive analysis, enhance portfolio and strategies against established players and new threats based on deep understanding of industry landscape incl. customer needs, trends, competition.

  • Proven skills and work experience in Services and Solutions Sales, in global and multicultural setting.
  • Broad understanding of full range of business challenges and opportunities and internal/external trends in services and solution delivery.
  • A degree/qualification in business administration or equivalent.
  • Strong business management acumen with experience in P&L management.
  • Ability to synthesize market analyses and customer feedback into appropriate commercial programs.
  • Proven senior leadership experience, ideally across different countries/markets.
  • Ideally indepth experience in the Health Systems industry.
