What you will be responsible for

Manage key TA projects and working through the various work streams within the project Manage TA team across different geographical locations, to train and guide them on the TA Business process and running TA Projects Work closely with TA Business Operations to support BAU, New Business and Transformation Initiatives Manage end to end New business onboarding and closely working with different stakeholders across the organization to manage End to End delivery Work closely with the TA Product Head in on-boarding the TA clients including conversion from other platforms Assist the Business in Determining & Implementing quality Process Standards & Efficiencies Ability to generate process flow through VISIO or any tool for capturing end to end operating flow Ensure Project Plans identify and address all known Risk Areas Ensure continuous improvement of processes to mitigate risks Focus on best practice "Change Management" techniques Ensure the team supports the daily BAU activities for the regions Maintain and the update the project plans and provide regular weekly project reports to all the stakeholders Ensure any issues / risks are highlighted to the Steering Committee in a timely manner Manage issue and risk logs and keep them updated at all times Set up weekly working group meetings for the various work streams and ensure all the items within each stream are tracked and reported Prepare the material for the Steering group meetings and present the facts Work with the various subject matter experts to progress the work streams and keep check on any slippages Work closely with the client to address all their concerns and issues and protect SS interests in agreeing with the client Work with Risk / Compliance and Legal closely to ensure all SS interests are protected on any requests from the client Facilitate the development of project plans, dashboards, test plans / strategies etc. Communicate effectively with all people both on the project team and across the organisation Ability to produce technical and business documentation for process improvements, systems enhancements and development activities Ability to perform business and project analysis to ensure an accurate thorough understanding of requirements, risks and alternatives Work with internal technology teams to deliver business change requests and technical product enhancements to the TA platform Engage with external TA vendors in regards to TA technology infrastructure Develop and Train the team to perform effectively and manage conflicts and motivate the team Willing and able to travel within the region as required
