Requirements:

  • Support internal and external customers with onboarding, implementation, and product usage
  • Prepare for regular clientfacing meetings through video calls, conduct a compliance content needs analysis and make applicable content recommendations in real time
  • Work collaboratively with security awareness training content specialists to answer questions and provide customer support for the security awareness training library
  • Create compliancerelated collateral used for internal and external communication and product education.
  • Perform market analysis for compliance content and products related to compliance training to be reported on a quarterly basis to courseware and marketing teams
  • Perform reviews of new content each month and update recommended training content documentation for US and international clients
  • Review and communicate topused and rated modules as well as best practices for implementing largescale learning plans using KnowBe4's Compliance Plus content
  • Review quarterly customer feedback with regard to topics and quality of content from users including requests for new topics and communicate this back to the publishers to help inform roadmaps
  • Provide training and guidance to KnowBe4 staff/contractors who produce content in other languages and/or are localizing content
  • Think globally and stay attuned with compliance law updates, cultural expectations of content globally, as well as translations available for customers
  • Contribute to continual improvement of our processes, quality, and efficiency as we grow

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Law/Paralegal, or related field/experience
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal and visual
  • Excellent customer service and needs analysis skills
  • Experience with compliance training a plus
  • Experience working in a compliance department a plus
  • Experience with development and updating documentation
  • Experience advising clients on learning plans
  • Experience with translations a plus
  • Experience with project management software
  • Experience with Gmail and Google Docs
  • Experience with MS Office (Word and Excel)
  • Experience with web browsers (Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc.)
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Excellent time management and organization skills
  • Strong active listening skills
