What the role is

  • You will be part of a dynamic team involved in the planning of IT projects and digital initiatives to support the digitalisation and service transformation of the healthcare Professional Boards (PBs).
Your work responsibilities will include (but not limited to) the following:

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in the review of existing processes, identifying areas for streamlining of processes, gathering users' requirements, and designing the blueprint of new IT systems to enhance user experience and improve operational efficiency for the organisation;
  • Partner relevant stakeholders to plan and rollout "service journeys" engagement sessions, business process reengineering (BPR) and system requirements gathering sessions;
  • Maintain oversight on the project cost and developmental status with relevant stakeholders to ensure projects timelines and deliverables are met and development costs are kept within the approved budget;
  • Manage postproduction issues to ensure timely resolution of systemrelated problems to achieve optimal system performance at all times; and
  • Develop and drive change management plans in the organisation.
Concurrently, you will oversee the corporate planning function for the organisation.

Besides systematically monitoring and reporting workplans and key initiatives, you will also plan and organise a series of annual retreats for strategic direction setting and cascading of workplans to all staff.

In addition, you will oversee the awards/recognition schemes that help to build culture and promote core values within the organisation.

What we are looking for

  • Tertiary qualifications, preferably in Info-Communications Technology, Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
  • At least 7 years of relevant experience. Prior experience in IT project management or having conducted "service journey" engagement workshops, process review and/or BPR will have an added advantage
  • Preferably with at least 3 years of experience in supervisory role
  • Analytical, resourceful and meticulous
  • Highly driven and able to work independently and multitask
  • A strong team player with the ability to listen, engage and collaborate effectively at different levels
  • Good communication and writing skills
