Position: Customer Service Representative

Company: Secure Solutions Inc.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Respond to incoming calls regarding customers' issues, especially termination requests, and aim to renew contracts.
- Answer calls promptly and professionally, documenting all actions accurately.
- Take ownership of customer queries and work towards achieving set KPIs.
- Demonstrate good market knowledge to address security-related termination requests.
- Prioritize health and safety in the workplace.

Requirements:
- 1-2 years' experience in a call center, preferably in banking or telecommunications.
- Minimum Nitec qualification in office administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with strong attention to detail.
- Customer-centric approach with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to communicate in a second language and possess good typing skills.

Additional Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools like Excel and Word.
- Financial management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and supervisory skills.
- Experience in vessel operations and freight management.
- Data entry and statistics proficiency.
